Dais la vuelta al disco y apuntais la matricula del vehiculo que vais a llevar lo que queda de jornada, sus kms y la hora. Anotar los datos manualmente y de forma que se entienda. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dos conductores para el mismo vehiculo. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cada conductor debera llevar su disco propio. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Que hacer en caso de averia del tacografo. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HabrÃ¡ de repararse en taller autorizado, lo antes posible, no pudiendo exceder este perÃ­odo de una semana desde la averÃ­a. &lt;br /&gt;Mientras dura la averÃ­a los conductores anotaran manualmente en los discos todos los datos relativos a los bloques de tiempo, que debido a la averÃ­a no se registren. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Que hacer con los discos utilizados &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El empresario deberÃ¡ conservar los discos durante un aÃ±o a disposiciÃ³n de la administraciÃ³n. &lt;br /&gt;El conductor deberÃ¡ tener en su poder a disposiciÃ³n de los agentes,los discos correspondientes a los ultimos 28 dias. Asi que cuidadito con eso de que cuando acabeis en una empresa llevaros los discos, ya que no lo podeis hacer. En un hilo del foro se dijo que si se podia pero no es legal, ya que es el empresario quien los debe de tener. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por lo que nos pueden sancionar. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La carencia de tacÃ³grafo. &lt;br /&gt;El no adecuado funcionamiento del tacÃ³grafo y de sus elementos. &lt;br /&gt;La manipulaciÃ³n del tacÃ³grafo y de sus elementos. &lt;br /&gt;La no conservaciÃ³n de los discos utilizados durante el aÃ±o. &lt;br /&gt;No tener los discos de los ultimos 28 dias a disposiciÃ³n de los agentes. &lt;br /&gt;No rellenar correctamente los datos del disco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

      <title>TacÃ³grafo  COMO LEER UN TACOGRAFO</title>

      <description>TacÃ³grafo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Disco de un tacÃ³grafo. &lt;br /&gt;Antiguo tacÃ³grafo alemÃ¡n. &lt;br /&gt;TacÃ³grafo abierto (mostrando el interior).Un tacÃ³grafo es un dispositivo electrÃ³nico que registra diversos sucesos originados en un vehÃ­culo durante su conducciÃ³n. Dicho vehÃ­culo puede pertenecer al transporte terrestre (de carga o de pasajeros) o ferroviario. Los sucesos que registra un tacÃ³grafo normalmente son: velocidad (promedio y mÃ¡xima), RPM, kilÃ³metros recorridos, aceleraciones y frenadas bruscas, tiempo de ralentÃ­ (periodo durante el cual el vehÃ­culo permanece detenido con el motor en marcha), entre otros. Estos datos, dependiendo del tacÃ³grafo, pueden ser recopilados por una computadora y almacenados en una base de datos o imprimirse en forma de grÃ¡ficos para su posterior anÃ¡lisis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&#039;http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b6/Tachoscheibe.jpg&#039; border=&#039;0&#039; alt=&#039;&#039; onload=&quot;JavaScript:if(this.width&gt;300) this.width=300&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El tÃ©rmino proviene del griego ÏÎ¬ÏÎ¿Ï (takhos): ârapidezâ; y Î³ÏÎ¬ÏÎ¿Ï (grafos), de la raÃ­z de Î³ÏÎ¬ÏÎµÎ¹Î½ (grafein): âescribirâ.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funcionamiento y averÃ­a del tacÃ³grafo&lt;br /&gt;Desde el momento en que el conductor se hace cargo del vehÃ­culo ha de poner en funcionamiento del tacÃ³grafo, para lo cual:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primero: RellenarÃ¡ la hoja registro anotando manualmente y de forma legible:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Su nombre y apellido (no sirve poner el nÃºmero del D.N.I.) &lt;br /&gt;El lugar y la fecha en los que se hace cargo del vehÃ­culo &lt;br /&gt;La matrÃ­cula del vehÃ­culo &lt;br /&gt;Los kilÃ³metros que figuran en la lectura del cuentakilÃ³metros.&lt;br /&gt;Segundo: ColocarÃ¡ la hoja registro rellena en el tacÃ³grafo y cerrarÃ¡ el aparato:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ObservarÃ¡ que la luz roja que se enciende al abrir el aparato de control queda apagada, lo cual indica que la operaciÃ³n se ha realizado correctamente. Su posiciÃ³n arriba o abajo, a la izquierda o a la derecha del tacÃ³grafo, permite al conductor situar los dispositivos registradores del tacÃ³grafo segÃºn el tipo de actividad ejercida por el mismo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ConducciÃ³n &lt;br /&gt;Trabajo distinto a la conducciÃ³n &lt;br /&gt;Disponibilidad &lt;br /&gt;Descanso&lt;br /&gt;Son cada vez mÃ¡s frecuentes los vehÃ­culos equipados con tacÃ³grafos llamados automÃ¡ticos o semiautomÃ¡ticos. En estos modelos de tacÃ³grafos, el selector tiene sÃ³lo tres posiciones posibles:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trabajo distinto a la conducciÃ³n &lt;br /&gt;Disponibilidad &lt;br /&gt;Descanso&lt;br /&gt;El registro de los tiempos de conducciÃ³n se efectÃºa automÃ¡ticamente desde el momento en que el vehÃ­culo se pone en movimiento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La maniobra del selector para los diferentes sÃ­mbolos en relaciÃ³n con la actividad real del conductor es obligatoria. Si un conductor no respeta esta regla, puede ser objeto de denuncia por parte de los servicios encargados del control.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuarto: Cuando el conductor finalice su servicio o cuando se haya terminado la duraciÃ³n de la hoja registro, deberÃ¡ sacar la hoja del tacÃ³grafo y anotar manualmente en ella:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La fecha &lt;br /&gt;El lugar donde se encuentra en ese momento &lt;br /&gt;El nÃºmero de kilÃ³metros que figura en la lectura del cuentakilÃ³metros&lt;br /&gt;En caso de que el conductor no haya finalizado su servicio deberÃ¡ rellenar una nueva hoja de registro antes de reiniciar su actividad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;AverÃ­a del tacÃ³grafo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se habrÃ¡ de reparar por instalador o taller autorizados tan pronto como las circunstancias lo permitan en un perÃ­odo de tiempo que no exceda de una semana desde el dÃ­a en que produjo la averÃ­a.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hasta tanto se arregle la averÃ­a los conductores habrÃ¡n de anotar manualmente en las hojas registro todos los datos relativos a los bloques de tiempo que debido a la averÃ­a no se registren por el tacÃ³grafo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algunos discos llevan en el reverso un desglose horario que permite al conductor anotar manualmente sus diferentes perÃ­odos de actividad, descanso, etc., (parecido a las antiguas libretas de control individual de conductores).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&#039;http://www.fomento.es/NR/rdonlyres/1D1F2084-9616-4595-9C5A-D95778EFAB9D/345/averia.gif&#039; border=&#039;0&#039; alt=&#039;&#039; onload=&quot;JavaScript:if(this.width&gt;300) this.width=300&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En caso de que en el reverso del disco no figure este desglose por llevar, por ejemplo, la inscripciÃ³n de las revoluciones del motor, procederÃ­amos tal y como figura en el ejemplo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

La Facultad Regional Buenos Aires de la Universidad TecnolÃ³gica Nacional por medio de su SecretarÃ­a de Cultura y ExtensiÃ³n Universitaria, por iniciativa y DirecciÃ³n del CAECIT-UTN, en comuniÃ³n con sus Fundamentos y Principios, toman al  SABER como una soluciÃ³n o el padre de las soluciones, en coincidencia con la experiencia mundial que indica que los paÃ­ses que poseen una elevada acumulaciÃ³n de conocimientos sobre la materia vial, sistemÃ¡ticamente tienen un nivel relativo de seguridad considerablemente mayor en sus calles y carreteras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enfoque:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estos cursos no sÃ³lo serÃ¡n informativos sino participativos y resolutivos para cada uno de los asistentes, utilizando parte del mismo para analizar y resolver siniestros reales desde distintos enfoques y con un anÃ¡lisis interdisciplinario, partiendo de la prevenciÃ³n a travÃ©s del conocimiento y tambiÃ©n lograr de la investigaciÃ³n y resoluciÃ³n de casos una mejor comprensiÃ³n de la temÃ¡tica abordada. It uses advances in personal computer hardware and software to improve upon the accuracy and ease of modeling highway noise, including the design of effective, cost-efficient highway noise barriers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The FHWA TNM contains the following components:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modeling of five standard vehicle types, including automobiles, medium trucks, heavy trucks, buses, and motorcycles, as well as user-defined vehicles.&lt;br /&gt;Modeling of both constant-flow and interrupted-flow traffic using a 1994/1995 field-measured database.&lt;br /&gt;Modeling of the effects of different pavement types, as well as the effects of graded roadways.&lt;br /&gt;Sound level computations based on a one-third octave-band database and algorithms.&lt;br /&gt;Graphically interactive noise barrier design and optimization.&lt;br /&gt;Attenuation over/through rows of buildings and dense vegetation.&lt;br /&gt;Multiple diffraction analysis.&lt;br /&gt;Parallel barrier analysis.&lt;br /&gt;Contour analysis, including sound level contours, barrier insertion loss contours, and sound-level difference contours.&lt;br /&gt;These components are supported by a scientifically founded and experimentally calibrated acoustic computation methodology, as well as an entirely new, and more flexible database, as compared with that of its predecessor. STAMINA 2.0/OPTIMA. The database is made up of over 6000 individual pass-by events measured at forty sites across the county. It is the primary building block around which the acoustic algorithms are structured.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The most visible difference between the FHWA TNM and STAMINA 2.0/OPTIMA, is TNMâs Microsoft Windows interface. Data input is menu-driven using a digitizer, mouse, and/or keyboard. Users also have the ability to import STAMINA 2.0/OPTIMA files, as well as roadway design files saved in CAD, DXF format.
